What happens to my rating during an APR if the rating expires prior to the APR being completed?

The rating of the record in the Published Appraisal Results (PARS) would show that the rating has expired and not published until the Action Plan Reappraisal (APR) was finished. Whatever rating results come out from the APR would then be the final rating, at that time, the sponsor can still choose to not publish in the PARS equivalent. Example: Target ML3, barely missed, meets eligibility requirements, rating NOT final (e.g. appraisal still open) until APR concluded.
